Sorry for the lack of updates, cabin crew!

University has been kicking my butt, and I’ve been contemplating my life choices after the last CP episode.

Hello everyone! This is Kate and Laura, the mods from the original Cabin Crew Riot, here to announce the Cabin Crew Riot Two!

While this is a “sequel” of sorts to the original CCR, you do not need to have participated in the first one to sign up for this one. We encourage newcomers!

For those of you who did not participate the first go-around, check out this next bit to learn what this whole thing is about:

This party will span from 15-25 February 2013. Each day a new prompt will be released at 7 pm EST and will close at 6 pm EST the next day; you and your team members will have 23 hours to create as much fanwork as humanly possible in an attempt to score points for your team. Points will be tallied up and whichever team has the most will win for the day. At the end of the party, whichever team has the most total points wins overall. Unfortunately there is no material prize, but you do get bragging rights and, hopefully, loads of new friends.

Talent is not a requirement! Points are determined by the following:

Effort. All you have to do to fill this requirement is to take more than five minutes on your fanwork. This is judged at the discretion of the mods (but we’re pretty lenient).

Quantity. Again, more submissions to the party blog mean more wins for your team! Every team member can submit as many things as they want per prompt, from as many different categories as they can (fic, art, video, whatever).

Now, about the teams. There will be up to five teams (depending on how many people sign up to participate), which we will randomly sort you into using a generator. Each team will have its own blog on which to privately post your fanwork so the rest of your team can see it. The teams will also have individual Tinychats, because team unity is, of course, vital. They will also be provided with a team Titanpad for brainstorming purposes.

All you have to do to sign up is submit your URL (with a hyperlink to your blog) and email address to the party blog. This is so we can send your invitation to your team blog about a week before the party starts. This ought to give you time to familiarize yourself with your teammates.

For those of you that have participated in a fandom party before, you know how much fun it is. For those who haven’t, we urge you to sign up so you can get in on the action!
